What Is The Evolved Athlete?

The Evolved Athlete is an 8 week programme hosted on zoom where we delve deeper into how your mind works to keep you in the repetitive loops you have gotten stuck in before.

We explore how pressure impacts us as athletes and the importance of emotional regulation (and I give you tools that we practice together so you can regulate whenever you need!), we look at why it's not as simple as 'just stop comparing yourself to everyone else', the difference in operating from pain Vs power and we even use hypnotherapy to move your brain boulders out of your damn way, and build a confidence that you will carry with you through whatever challenges you will face going forward!

Week One- Scartching Beneath the Surface

Discover how your brain makes sense of the world around you, and how it trips you up in the process.

Uncover the beliefs driving your behaviours and see where your current identity is helping or hindering your performance.

We will be getting stuck into my Lift Your Limits Performance Audit to explore where you are crushing it and where you need to be putting more focus- the process and outcomes might surprise you!

You will gain an even deeper understanding on what is shaping how you think and feel, and ultimately the results you are getting.

Week Two- Stay In Your Lane

Learn why comparison feels so automatic, why social media can leave you feeling behind and gain tools to use when you find yourself measuring your worth against other people's highlight reels.

You'll uncover what comparison is really trying to tell you and develop a healthier, more empowering way to focus on your own journey.

We will dive into a short hypnosis and visualisation in this session to really get those subconscious shifts going!

Week Three: Power Vs Pain- lets talk!

Are you chasing success because you love what you do and want to see what you're capable of, or because you're desperately trying to prove that you're good enough or that you deserve the success you have?

This session explores perfectionism, self-worth and the hidden cost of constantly seeking validation.

We bring in another powerful subconscious tool here designed to help your inner perfectionist finally take a well earned rest....I know, CRAZY!!

Week Four - Keep Your Shit Together Under Pressure

Pressure has a habit of exposing our biggest insecurities, highlighting the areas where we really need to put in the work when it comes to mindset and sending our emotions in a bajillion different directions.

In this session you will learn why our emotions come up like this, why they sometimes feel overwhelming and how to regulate them when it matters most.

I will be giving you a few different tools and going through them with you in real time, including Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and some NLP magic so that you can settle yourself and stay in control when the pressure kicks in.

Tools that you can use anywhere, any time you need.

Week Five- Imposter Syndrome Exposed!

Ever felt like everyone else has it figured out except you? Or like no matter how much you train, or how much you achieve- you're going to get found out soon. Like you're not a 'real' athlete?

This session dives into the different faces of imposter syndroms, why it shows up in ambitious athletes and how to stop letting it dictate your confidence, decisions and performance.

When you know how and why it shows up for you, you can start to take the power back, so you no longer feel so on edge or in fear of being 'found out' or 'exposed'.

Week Six- Lets Move Those Brain Boulders!

So many of us are carrying years of old experiences, setbacks, emotions and beliefs that subtly influence EVERYTHING we do. This powerful releasing hypnotherapy session will help you to let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for growth, freedom and high performance.


Week Seven- Become Unstoppable

Confidence isn't something that just magically appears one day.

It is already inside of you, you just need some help uncovering it, nurturing it and growing it.

This immersive live hypnotherapy session helps you to reconnect with your strengths, achievements and capabilities in a way you've never experienced before. You'll leave with an anchor and recording that you can use whenever you need to access confidence on demand.

Week Eight- Evolve with Intent

Transformation means nothing without direction.

In this final session you'll create a roadmap for the athlete you are becoming and you will learn the best way to plan for upcoming competitions to ensure you go in the most prepared and confident you possibly can.

We will also go over the concept that 'not preparing for failure is an amateur mistake' and learn what to do with those 'WHAT IF X HAPPENS' moments.

And we will finish with a task to hold you accountable to doing the things you say you are going to do.

You'll leave knowing exactly where you are heading and how you are going to get there.
