Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Chloe Brennan, 2x World Champion and former European Champion Strongwoman. I'm also an athlete mindset expert.
I specialise in working with the subconscious mind through NLP, Hypnotherapy and Transformational Coaching. I turn good athletes into great athletes by identifying exactly whey they haven't reached their potential, and removing that blocker.
If you had told me in my mid-twenties that I'd win World Championships and set World Records I would have laughed.
I was strong, I trained hard, but I had no self-belief.
I brushed off every regional win and even national wins as a fluke. I told myself they weren't a big deal...sure I had ambitions, but I lacked the belief that I could ever achieve what I really wanted.
After years of carrying all the shit- all the childhood gremlins, all the baggage, I knew enough was enough. If I wanted to move forward, I needed to sort my head out.
After just a few months of therapy, I set an open weight World Record at just 64KG bodyweight, being the first woman to lift the Rogue Replica Dinnie Stones, and won two National titles in a new weight class.
Because therapy taught me to understand my own mind. The more mindset work I did, the more clearly I could finally see why I couldn't unlock that next level.
I started to back myself, to speak about my ambitions, to truly believe I could achieve them...and ultimately, started winning.
As an elite athlete and a performance coach, trust me when I say I understand the realities of performing in sport. The pressure, the expectations, the frustration of knowing you're capable of more.
Which is why I now use the same methods that made me a Champion Strongwoman, combined with advanced work with the subconscious mind to turn athletes like you into masters of their own mind and owner of their strengths, so they can compete with the confidence and clarity their training deserves and start performing and winning like true champions.
